Welcome to iBBS 無限星空 (the "Platform"). By registering an account, creating a site, or using any of the Platform's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Scope and Accounts

The Platform provides forum space application, deployment, and management services. You must provide a genuine, valid email address and keep your account password secure; you are solely responsible for any damage arising from improper password management. You may manage or delete sites you created at any time from your site list.

2. User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and any laws applicable in your location, and you are fully responsible for the content, member management, and operation of the sites you create. Content and statements on any site hosted on the Platform do not represent the Platform's position.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

While using the service, you may not host or engage in any of the following on your site:

• Violent, pornographic, or other obscene content.
• Illegal sale or promotion of drugs, medications, or medical devices.
• Gambling, fraud, illegal financial schemes, or multi-level marketing.
• Trading of firearms, weapons, or other controlled items.
• Sale of counterfeit goods or content infringing trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property.
• Distribution of pirated software, cracking tools, or malware (viruses, ransomware, etc.).
• Mass bot registration, spam flooding, or other abuse of system resources.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory content targeting a group, gender, or religion.
• Any other content that violates applicable law or public order and good morals.

4. Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for the ownership and legal implications of any content you upload or publish on your site; the Platform makes no claim of ownership over it. If your content is suspected of infringing another party's intellectual property, the Platform will handle it according to the process described in our reporting channel . In serious cases the Platform may take the site down or suspend it without prior notice.

5. Suspension, Restriction, or Termination

The Platform may suspend, remove, or terminate your site or account without prior notice if any of the following occurs:

• The site is attacked, compromised, or used as a launchpad to attack others.
• Suspected mass bot registration, spam flooding, or abusive mass site applications.
• Excessive keyword stuffing, content-farming, or other clear abuse of search engines.
• Long-term lack of management, prolonged inactivity, or no actual usage record for an extended period.
• Violation of the prohibited content or conduct listed in Sections 3 and 4.
• Requirement by law, judicial authorities, or competent authorities.
• Failure to complete email verification within the required period.

For terminations resulting from Platform policy adjustments rather than the reasons above, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to announce them on the site or notify you by email in advance.

6. Service Changes and Interruptions

The Platform may temporarily adjust, interrupt, or change part or all of the service for system maintenance, upgrades, security protection, or other operational needs, and will make reasonable efforts to announce this in advance, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS," without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your specific needs. You are solely responsible for the content of sites you create on the Platform and for any transactions or disputes with third parties; the Platform does not intervene and bears no joint liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Platform service provider's location as the court of first instance.

9. Amendments to These Terms

The Platform may revise these Terms as needed. Revisions will be posted on this page along with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
